The neo-classical mood of our Library Lounge Chair reflects the high years of neoclassical taste (the late 1770s and early 1780s), when furniture makers had developed unerring instincts for providing furniture for specific purposes that was good to look at. Starting with the tapered paneled legs, the chair is beautifully proportioned and historically improved by the use of semiattached pillows for additional luxury and comfort.
